PANTAI KEMASIN,BACHOK

I was born in the district of Bachok in 1952 but managed to arrive at this beautiful beach only in 2012.It is a long story to tell you why I never come to this part of the world of Bachok when I was younger but sufficed to say I was away from my home Pondok Beris,Bachok since I was 13 years old.

My recent interest in photography took me all over Bachok.I started to go around the district looking for something to photograph. As I visited a few places, memories of my childhold came to my mind.As the Malay proverb says:Tempat jatuh lagi dikenang, inikan pula tempat bermain.
Pantai Kemasin is a hidden gem to me.It could be a great sea side resort for Bachok.Sadly, there is no proper road and sifnage  to this beach. And worse, the local council does even bothered to provide basic amenities for visitors to Pantai Kemasin as shown above. It will be like it is  for the next 50 years unless there is a positive intervention from the state government or the private sector.

May be it is a blessing in disguise to keep this beach undisturbed  forever..

The above is a beautiful fishing port and has a great potential to be developed into the hub of fishing industry.Just combine tourism and fishing industries together...The outcome will be billions of ringgit. What is missing is competent  leadership of the State Government of Kelantan.
