LIFE IN PUTRAJAYA WETLANDS

The above is the first photo that made me fell in love with the wetlands in Putrajaya. It is more than just a pretty photo to me.It went back to my childhood experience when I was roaming the marshy ponds and paddy fields in my village way back in the 60s.I tried a few times to get a similar shot like the above but to no avail. The water quality gets worse, the background trees had changed and lighting was not there anymore.Great moments happen once and there is no way I could ask for a re-shot.

Below are nine more photos that I love and keep me going to visit this wetland at least once a month.I come here not just to take photos but to be here with the natural environment.Seeing the green is good for my eyes, clean fresh air is good for my lungs and overall ambience make me at peace with myself.

Here you can fish and walk on the saturated soggy land by the lakeside.Be care...Your legs can slip into the lake! By the way,you have to be here personally to smell the air and feel the breeze..

I love watching the beautiful black swans swimming in the lake. They have their grace and style..
