LINES AND CURVES

The top and bottom photos were taken on my LRT rides in KL  near KL Sentral.I got this habit to be either at the back or at the front of the train so that I can see nice views as the train moves over the city landscape and take photos.Lines and curves attracted my attention and I took photos whatever I like.May be it is because I studied engineering drawings when I was at school or at the university to become an engineer.

As my interest in photography grows horizontally and vertically,I started to see more lines and curves which I did not realise before.Examples of lines of trees as shown above and below.Lines and curves are every where when you began to see them in your every day life.

Here, you can see the curved roofs of Info Centre  and the curved cascades of water in Putrajaya.

This shot has shadow lines and lines of architectural details..

The shadows of lines on the floors and the colourful lines on the walls..

Masjid design involved a lot geometrical forms-lines and curves.

Last but not least,we can see tracks of lines and curves when we walk, run, cycle or drives.I love all of them.

KB WALK

I planned to have four days of Photowalking around Kota Bharu #KBWalk ,but due to unplanned family errands which I love doing for my  mother and son,I only managed to have two days with only less than 4 hours.Herewith I shared two photos taken behind Pejabat PAS. To do justice to the town,I need at least 7 full days and nights to capture the history  and culture of the place. My first attempt had revealed a lot more for me to explore, discover and capture.Another missing dimension I need to have with me before I embark on KBWalk is the history of Kota Bharu. It has to be another time..May be after Eidil Fitri.

No camera is suitable for every occasion. Here is a simple comparison. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses, and I love both.
