Every person has its own character;similarly a place also has its own characters.On the right is the Kelantan famous White House Cafe located near Masjid Muhammadi. Kota Bharu.The owner never smiles,opens his at unique times-opens at 8:30am and closes at 2pm and 8pm to 12mid-night.On some days,the restaurant just remains closed as the owner pleases.No notice,no nothing.The photo on the right are his signature dishes-the best in Kelantan or may be in Malaysia!!!

The characters of this place are the products and the service as reflected in the owner unique way of running his business.
