REFLECTIONS

WHAT IS REFLECTION?

As a man I don't use much mirror like ladies do.Once a while,I do need to see how I look like. Then,we men go to the washroom.Reflection is the mirror image of something but not necessarily reflected by the actual mirror.Anything that reflect light-like glass on the table as shown above and the transparent glass divider at the railway station as shown below. What we see in the reflections are sometimes beyong our own imaginations. How did I see that way?It all depends on case to case basis. The light is the common denominator in  the few variables in the equation!

Below is the view seen from under a bridge. The water behaves like the mirror but the semi cicular underpass has become a tunnel by itself. The water is no where to be seen. When real image and the reflected image merged together, the line of symmetry disappered.I was so close to the subject matter that I was drown in the water and dissappeared like water  under the brilliance of light. The mirror fades away..Writing this note made me breathless.

Mirror reflection,at best is still a distortion of the reality due to lateral inversion. In general, reflection is the interplay of light with the space-time ambiance. It changes with the variables. In fact, the so called reality of what we see is actually already a reflection captured by our retina. To see reality,we need the experienced  eyes of the knowledgable  minds.
