THANK YOU!!!

Dear Readers,

May I thank you very much for visiting and reading my blog on my adventure in the world of photography.I started this blog  just to archive my selected photos for future reference and at the same time to share my views and experience as I explore the nooks and corners of photography.

When and where did I begin to enjoy the fun of taking photos and appreciate the beauty of photography? My memory is not that good but most probably around the year 2010 when I began shooting the beauty of Pantain Irama and the beautiful places in Putrajaya where I cycle with my friends during weekends. As a beginner,I only shoot on Auto Mode most of the time.I seldom do on Manual Mode.My expectation was very low,so I was happy with what I got most of the time.As time went by and I began to know a few good and serious photographers,I started to learn the technical aspects of using the camera and the techniques of photography. As they say,the rest is history..

I set up this blog in May,2014 and the pageviews grew slowly from nothing to about on average 1000 per month.Last month,I had a pleasant suprise that the pageviews went up to 2000 per month.Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your kind visit-keep coming and God willing,I will keep posting.

Main camera: Fujifilm X-T1,Spare Camera: Lumix LX5.

World Photography Week often features various events, exhibitions, and social media activities, all aimed at celebrating and promoting photography. The 2024 theme for World Photography Day is "An Entire Day," encouraging photographers to capture the myriad of activities and moments that occur around the world in a single day. Throughout the week, photography enthusiasts are invited to share their work on social media using the hashtag #WPD24 to have their photos potentially featured on platforms like those of the Royal Photographic Society. This celebration provides an opportunity for photographers of all levels to showcase their work, learn from others, and appreciate the rich ...
