MOLEX SHOTS

After having lumch at Mat Ayam Kampung Restaurant in Putrajaya,I came out and walked by the lakeside. The views are nothing new to me.As I walked around and thinking how to take  extra-ordinary photos from ordinary sceneries,I saw the shade of this tree  that looks like a frame of my view.In this shot,I used the leaves of the tree as a frame and the shrubs as a foreground.

The Seri Wawasan Bridge was glowing uder the hot sun as shown below. What attracted me most is the patterns formed by the steel cables, thus  hiding the towers of apartments located at Ayer@8.

If my memory does not play trick on me,I have shot this Masjid Putra more than 100 times since 2000.I like its design and location by the lake.Yesterday,I noticed the new jetty behind The PJH Tower. It formed a good foreground for me to take different photo of Masjid Putra.

MOLEX is my own acronym for Making Ordinary Objects Look EXtra-Ordinary!It rhyms with a Malay word "molek" which means beautiful.

KB WALK

I planned to have four days of Photowalking around Kota Bharu #KBWalk ,but due to unplanned family errands which I love doing for my  mother and son,I only managed to have two days with only less than 4 hours.Herewith I shared two photos taken behind Pejabat PAS. To do justice to the town,I need at least 7 full days and nights to capture the history  and culture of the place. My first attempt had revealed a lot more for me to explore, discover and capture.Another missing dimension I need to have with me before I embark on KBWalk is the history of Kota Bharu. It has to be another time..May be after Eidil Fitri.
