JANUARY 2018 PHOTO PROJECT-URBAN LIFE

A decade has passed by and really enjoyed my journey and exploration into the world of photography. I managed to sell a few photos and got printed in the newspaper and two are on sale at Getty Images.On the social side, I lead and manage a photo sharing group. As an amateur photographer and a senior citizen, that is more enough for me to move on something that is higher than creating and sharing beautiful and great photos before my battery run dry.

For January 2018 I plan to walk around Bandar Baru Bangi to seek and capture the town, the people, and their lives. It is more a documentary photo collection highlighting the good, the bad and the ugly.Later,I write notes for each photo and share later with the public.This is my small attempt to create SOCIAL CHANGE  through my photography.

I planned to have four days of Photowalking around Kota Bharu #KBWalk ,but due to unplanned family errands which I love doing for my  mother and son,I only managed to have two days with only less than 4 hours.Herewith I shared two photos taken behind Pejabat PAS. To do justice to the town,I need at least 7 full days and nights to capture the history  and culture of the place.My first attempt had revealed a lot more for me to explore,discover and capture.Another missing dimension I need to have with me before I embark on KBWalk is the history of Kota Bharu. NATION WIDE PHOTOWALK FOR MALAYSIA DAY 16/9/2025

  Today, I took part and walked solo around Bandar Baru Bangi. The assignment was to walk in your place from 8am to 9.02am. It is entitled 626262 WALK.
