BEAUTIFUL EYES UNDER THE BRIDGE

THIS IS ONE OF FEW FAVOURITE SPOTS I LOVE TO SHOOT PHOTOS IN PUTRAJAYA
IT IS INSIDE THE CENTRAL WETLAND

Below is the latest photo I took this month. The green plants were removed and I noticed the water was knee deep under the bridge. The water quality has deteriorated over the years. The grasses were gone and replaced with pebbles.

Just look at the black swans above.I suspect the lake is being filled with sediment transports over the years and the lake needs adequate and proper maintenance.

Life goes on as normal here.So far so good. The black swans are still swimming around.

The photos below were taken a few years ago.The water was cleaner and deeper. That was how I could get better photos and awesome reflections. With budget cut in every government agencies, facilities management will suffer.

The bottom half of each photo below is the
reflection in water.

Below is the earliest photo I came across this wetland.Just look at the quality of reflection.By the way, it was a misty morning.I felt as if I was in another world.

This was my special moment!

KB WALK

I planned to have four days of Photowalking around Kota Bharu #KBWalk ,but due to unplanned family errands which I love doing for my  mother and son,I only managed to have two days with only less than 4 hours.Herewith I shared two photos taken behind Pejabat PAS. To do justice to the town,I need at least 7 full days and nights to capture the history  and culture of the place. My first attempt had revealed a lot more for me to explore, discover and capture.Another missing dimension I need to have with me before I embark on KBWalk is the history of Kota Bharu. It has to be another time..May be after Eidil Fitri.

No camera is suitable for every occasion. Here is a simple comparison. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses, and I love both. When I go photowalking with friends, I use more smartphones than the Fujifilm XT20. FUJIFILM XT20 iPhone 14 Pro Max (Smartphone) vs Fujifilm X-T20 (Mirrorless) – Image Quality Breakdown IPHONE 14 PRO MAX 1. DXOMARK cites strengths like vivid color, wide dynamic range, sharp detail, and low noise; potential drawbacks include clipping highlights and noise indoors  . Fujifilm X-T20 Features a...
