WHY I DO PHOTOGRAPHY BLOG?

Photography started as a hobby in 2008 when I started cycling in Putrajaya. I bought a Lumix LX5 to capture my cycling activities. It became a serious hobby when I got Fujifilm XT1 on 12/3/2014. As they say, the rest is history. Later, I got inspired when my photos were bought by advertising agencies and even Getty Images! Why blog when you can share your photos on Instagram, Twitter, Threads and Facebook? My answer is quite simple. Blogging is telling a story about the photo. RIVER OF LIFE PROJECT   The above photo marked the last day of the first six months of my indulgence with my cameras. I took this photo using my iPhone14ProMax at Putra Business School on 30/6/2024. I was invited to give a talk to MBA students on Strategic Operational Risk Management. Looking back on the last six months, I was active because I got my "new" Lumix LX5 in January 2024. I used it in 2012 to take photos of my cycling in Putrajaya. The old camera went dead and I have to buy a new pre-loved Lumix LX5. From my blogs-Adib Noh Photography and Adib Street Photography, I have written and shared 25 postings-almost once every week. I use these blogs to share my thoughts and experiences in my World of Photography, I am also happy to record that I have attended organised photowalks (two free and three paid) to learn from a few  sifus and fellow photographers. For details, please read my blogs. Nowadays, I am happy that I have three cameras-Fujifilm XT20, Lumix LX5 and iPhone...
