KOTA BHARU BUS STATION



Walking around SKMK Bus Station reminds me of the days when my family transport to KB was only by bus and private taxis in the 60s and early 70s. To go about in the city, people used bicycles,motor-cycles and trishaws.
Exploring the building itself, nothing much has changed except the glaring red colour. I feel very sad that this historical transport hub for KB is left bare and bored!
This Bus station has been standing here for more than half a century and it is high time for the state government to review KB Bus Station location and its associated facilities to meet the commuters for the next two decades. Not only this station but also the city transport system to meet future demands.
