During our daily life, we see many nice things. Most of the time, our eyes just scan through and move over the subjects-good, bad or ugly ones. Many a time, we let beautiful things go behind us. That was how I practised before I got hooked on photography.
Nowadays, whenever I see something unique or/and beautiful, I stop and decide to take its photo or not. When I decide to take the photo, then my mind tells me to walk around the subject matter looking for the right position, angle and perspective. The heart and the mind work together to get the lighting, composition and moment.
The sight and the sounds contain many distractions. You have to decide what matter most to you before you compose and press the shutter. What we capture tells others more about us than what really going on at that location. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder!
