WALKING THE BEACH-PANTAI BATU BUROK

I just like to walk on the beach-the nearer to the sea the better. It is more about the smell of the salty air,the breeeze and the motion and sounds of the waves. As I walk, I enjoy watching the moving trains of waves coming ashore. I love to guess how far the waves will push the water up the sandy beach and later watch the water falls back to sea. I can just keep standing and watching and pondering the beauty of Allah's creations.

As an avid photographer,I will always carry my camera with me whenever I go to the beach. The photos above and below are what caught my interest as I keep walking. Usually, we can see a lot of people at the beach but this time I was walking at 7am. Herewith I am sharing the footprints of the life at the beach.

Walking on the beach is also a meditation for me. Seeing the vast sea makes me feel humble. It is also a good exercise for my legs and heart.

The flower is my top five favourite objects to photograph. They are beautifully designed and created by Almighty God. I always try my best effort to compose and capture the flowers the best I could. Many a time I fail to do justice to the actual beauty of the flowers as they are! The greatness and praise belong to my Lord Allahu Rabbul 'Alamin and the weaknesses and mistakes are all mine.

Below is a set of cool blue table and stools. What a nice place to be here with my family and have nasi Dagang for breakfast and watch the sun going up and listen to the sounds of waves from the South China Sea.

I love to capture reflections of coconut trees. They are part of my life as my house is surrounded by acres of coconut trees planted by my late father.

Below is a special event where some people come to the beach to break their fasting(iftar) with their family members and friends.

KB WALK

I planned to have four days of Photowalking around Kota Bharu #KBWalk ,but due to unplanned family errands which I love doing for my  mother and son,I only managed to have two days with only less than 4 hours.Herewith I shared two photos taken behind Pejabat PAS. To do justice to the town,I need at least 7 full days and nights to capture the history  and culture of the place. My first attempt had revealed a lot more for me to explore, discover and capture.Another missing dimension I need to have with me before I embark on KBWalk is the history of Kota Bharu. It has to be another time..May be after Eidil Fitri.

COMPARISON BETWEEN MY IPHONE 14 ProMax VS FUJIFILM XT20

No camera is suitable for every occasion. Here is a simple comparison. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses, and I love both. When I go photowalking with friends, I use more smartphones than the Fujifilm XT20. FUJIFILM XT20 iPhone 14 Pro Max (Smartphone) vs Fujifilm X-T20 (Mirrorless) – Image Quality Breakdown IPHONE 14 PRO MAX 1.
