EATING OUT

More and more people are eating out.It is their lifestyle that made them eat more outside than inside their homes. There is no or little time to cook and they are too tired after work.Restaurants are everywhere - for all and sundry 24/7 in Malaysia. When people eat at the restaurants, they have to eat all they paid for on the plates. This may be one of the reasons why more than 50% are obese, not to mention the type of foods they eat.

Restaurants are billions dollars business. They are not just selling food per se.Most of them are well decorated to please the eyes, ears and the hearts of the customers. What they are selling is the experience eating at their restaurants so that the customers will keep coming back.Even Mamak shops are well lighted and decorated.

Many ways to attract the customers. One of the ways is to let the customers see how the food is being prepared and
let the smell goes free. This is good marketing.

Bright colours attract people and very inviting.

Another factor that invites people to eat outside is the location with great views. It can be in a city centre where people can watch the passing crowd or by the lakeside.

KB WALK

I planned to have four days of Photowalking around Kota Bharu #KBWalk ,but due to unplanned family errands which I love doing for my  mother and son,I only managed to have two days with only less than 4 hours.Herewith I shared two photos taken behind Pejabat PAS. To do justice to the town,I need at least 7 full days and nights to capture the history  and culture of the place. My first attempt had revealed a lot more for me to explore, discover and capture.Another missing dimension I need to have with me before I embark on KBWalk is the history of Kota Bharu. It has to be another time..May be after Eidil Fitri.
