LINEAR GARDEN OF PUTRAJAYA

Let me tell you the obvious and yet few members of the public know about it.It is the concept of connected gardens dotted along the lakes that surround The Core Island of Putrajaya.Each garden has its theme with different trees,flowers,rocks and stones and pavement.These gardens are connected by the pedestrians and cycling track around the Core Island and its length is about 10km.It is known inside Putrajaya Corporation as Linear Garden.This is where I first began my cycling in Putrajaya since 2008 until today.

The photo above is next to Taman Wawasan and Putra Bridge.It is my best place to cycle-great views,shaddy trees and colourful flowers in the pond running parallel with the lake.As far as I know,there is no better place to cycle with peace and safety in Malaysia.

Along the route,one can see many interesting gardens and buildings and bridges.Here are a few photos:
