URBAN PHOTOGRAPHY 2.0

Urban photography can apply to any image that is taken within the confines of a built-up area. That’s particularly true where the image focuses on architecture, the streets, or the interaction between people and their environment.
‘In my London-based images, I like to try and create engaging images of the urban landscape, which border on the abstract,’ says Mark. ‘Over the years I’ve learned to be on the lookout for clean lines, symmetry and minimal compositions, and especially modern architecture with plenty of glass for reflections and light. The ultimate aim is that some of your final images will keep your audience engaged as they have to look at them more than once to figure out exactly what they’re looking at.’-Mark Cornick

Herewith I am sharing a few photos about the lifestyle of the people and the cities they live in. There are a lot to learn from being an observer in the city. The streets are like rivers of life. They flow non-stop.

COMPARISON BETWEEN MY IPHONE 14 ProMax VS FUJIFILM XT20

No camera is suitable for every occasion. Here is a simple comparison. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses, and I love both. When I go photowalking with friends, I use more smartphones than the Fujifilm XT20. FUJIFILM XT20 iPhone 14 Pro Max (Smartphone) vs Fujifilm X-T20 (Mirrorless) – Image Quality Breakdown IPHONE 14 PRO MAX 1. Sensor & Processing iPhone 14 Pro Max Uses a 48 MP quad-pixel sensor that down-samples to 12 MP by default; ProRAW unlocks full 48 MP output   . DXOMARK cites strengths like vivid color, wide dynamic range, sharp detail, and low noise; potential drawbacks include clipping highlights and noise indoors  . Fujifilm X-T20 Features a...

Let the photo speak first?

Should photographers explain their photos, or let the images speak for themselves? A strong photograph can stand on its own. It invites people to look, pause, and interpret the moment in their own way. But sometimes a few words from the photographer reveal the quiet story behind the frame — what was seen, felt, or noticed in that fleeting moment. Perhaps the balance is this: Let the photo speak first. Let the words gently reflect afterwards. 📷
