I am a kampung boy but most of my growing up years were in towns and cities from Kampung Pondok Beris Kelantan, Tanjung Malim Perak, Kuala Lumpur and Sheffield, England.However, my love for nature remains with me until today.Here are a few photos where my wife and I enjoyed ourselves to be close to nature at FRIM Campus,Kepong. I love to cycle here and walk around enjoying the tall trees and streams of water. 

It is a beautiful steel bench but it is most of the time empty.Many people come here to walk or jog along this less than 1km riverside walk.How, I wish it is at least 5km or all the way from Tambatan D'Raja to TESCO.It is not only for walking but for cycling as well. Sitting on this bench I felt sad and helpless just like this lady standing by the rails and watch the river flows.Kelantan River is a very big river with a few tributaries that cover the vast catchment areas of districts of Pasir Mas, Tanah Merah, Machang, Kuala Krai and Gua Musang. In the recent BIG flood 2014, flood damage amounted to more than one billion ringgit. The flooded plains and swollen rivers took everything that could flood downstream.From the photos and the videos taken, they shocked me of what was happening upstream in the catchment areas.All the bad things done due to human ignorance and greeds were revealed to all and sundry. There are many ways to do framing, The above is my favourite where there are people looking into the frame.In fact, the people in this photo become the foreground as well as part of the frame. Framing is a composition technique that I love to play with.It can be real frames exist in the open or what looks like a frame.I have a lot of fun using many forms of framing as shown in these photos below.

PATTERNS EXIST IN MANY FORMS, SHAPES AND SIZES. THE SHAPES CAN BE FORMED BY LINES AND CURVES. OR SIMILAR OBJECTS IN A ROW. PATTERNS CAN BE FORMED BY CONCENTRIC CIRCLES OF VARYING SIZES. TALL SIMILAR OBJECTS OR LIVING THINGS IN  ROWS OR LAYERS. THEIR MODES OF EXISTENCE CREATES THEIR BEAUTY.

When you look at the mirror, you may see yourself or others.It depends on where you are in relation to the mirror. Mirrors can exist in many forms in real life, It is good to look at these 'Mirrors' to see others and most important is to look at and into ourselves.
