SERENE LAKE CONTAMINATED

 I LOVE THIS SERENE AND BEAUTIFUL LAKE.THE LANDSCAPE IS BEAUTIFULLY  PLANNED AND DONE.WALKING AROUND THE LAKE IS A PLEASURE.




 YESTERDAY, I GOT A SHOCK LOOKING AT THE COLOUR OF THE WATER.IT IS YELLOW-SOON IT WILL LOOK LIKE THE MALAYSIAN FAVOURITE TEH TARIK.
VERY SAD INDEED!!!


ABOUT 20% OF THE LAKE WATER TURNED YELLOWISH.SOON,THE WHOLE LAKE WILL BE TURNED  TO YELLOW WITH SEDIMENT TRANSPORTS COMING FROM THE SURFACE RUN-OFF SOME WHERE UPSTREAM.


BELOW IS THE SOURCE OF LAKE POLLUTION.BY THE TIME THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED,THE WHOLE LAKE BECOME A RESERVOIR OF TEH TARIK IF NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING.
THE JETTY HERE TELLS A  GREAT STORY OF THE LEVEL OF MAINTENACE OF THIS LAKE.JUST LOOK AT THE PLANKS!



 THANK GOD,THE LAKE LOOKS OKAY FROM THE ROADSIDE.I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT OF MARDI WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO SAVE THIS LAKE.
